Certified Divorce Financial Analyst
A CDFA® helps couples and their attorneys achieve equitable divorce settlements using knowledge of tax law, asset distribution, and short- and long-term financial planning. This professional can provide in-depth financial analysis and advice to attorneys and couples relating to divorce.
Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert
This Real Estate Professional has been trained to manage one of the biggest conflicts in the marriage dispute–the family home. The CDRE® helps with everything from title documents, lien searches, property values, and mortgage information.
Certified Divorce Lending Professional
A CDLP® allows mortgage professionals to work with divorce professionals as well as divorcing homeowners to identify potential challenges and opportunities related to real property and divorce mortgage planning. They understand how to evaluate support income and help individuals establish or strengthen credit as they transition toward financial independence.

Book Resources

The Emotionally Destructive Marriage
“How to find your voice and reclaim your hope.” by Leslie Vernick. This book brings insight into what God intended marriage to be. The author has done Biblical research and uses Biblical references to help you navigate your own circumstances. This book was key to me finding my way out of an unhealthy marriage.

Transcending Divorce
Transitions start with an ending, and Dr. Alan D. Wolfelt writes about the divorce transition and going through 10 essential touchstones for finding hope and healing your heart. This text also has a companion journal available.
